We carefully prepare and pack each month's Starseed Studies ritual with love and intention. Please review the information below regarding subscription cut-off dates, dispatch schedules and delivery estimates.
Monthly Schedule
Join by the 25th of the month to receive that month's letter.
Letters are dispatched on the last day of each month (or the previous business day if it falls on a weekend or public holiday).
Orders placed after the cut-off date will receive the following month's letter.
Delivery Estimates
All Starseed Studies mail club subscriptions are sent via untracked snail mail within the United States.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 1 to 5 business days.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.
Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee address changes once your letter has been prepared or dispatched.

If your letter has not arrived within 3 weeks of dispatch, please contact us at support@jencui.com .
If your letter arrives damaged in transit, please provide:
• Your order number
• A photo of the unopened envelope
• A photo of the damaged contentsWhere appropriate, we may offer one replacement letter per customer, per calendar month, with an annual limit of three per year.
Replacement requests must be made within 4 weeks of the original dispatch date.

Due to the nature of monthly snail mail subscriptions, refunds are not available once a letter has been dispatched, except where required under American Consumer Protection.
Returns are not accepted.
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time through your account. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not affect letters that have already been paid for, prepared or dispatched.
