How Micro-Trauma Holds You Back (and how hypnotherapy can help)

How much weight are you carrying that you're not even aware of, there ?

If your answer is, "probably a lot," then you're past due for an energy clearing- and that's exactly what I do.

See, when you're holding onto 50 lb weights, you'll know it immediately and get too tired to hold onto it pretty quickly.

For example:

  • Being in a physically abusive relationship

  • Having a toxic work environment where you're breaking down

  • Experiencing daily migraines that make life a living hell

You can see the clear red flashing lights telling you something is wrong and you need to get out of those situations as soon as possible to avoid further pain and more damage.

(and yes, even then, some people will choose to carry that weight for months or years hoping it gets lighter- but it never does)

But if you're holding onto 5 lb weights, you might be inclined to believe:

"This isn't so bad"

"I can hold onto this for a while"

"I should keep this because it'll make me stronger"

Except, it's ruining your posture, constantly exhausting you, and you're not resting and recovering from the strain of the weight.

That is the case with micro trauma.

Things like:

  • The shame of being laughed at on stage during a dance recital when you were 6 years old

  • The rejection of being chosen last for kickball at 8 years old

  • The fear when your teacher call on you to present in front of the class when you were 10 years old

These moments may seem inconspicuous, silly even, to let it bother you now, but "micro-trauma" moments are what come up most often in hypnotherapy as the root behind my client's biggest issues.

Issues like social anxiety that's keeping them from making friends.

Issues like shutting down when they see someone attractive that's keeping them from dating someone they actually like.

Issues like procrastinating on posting on social because keeping them from building their coaching business.

It's all happened subconsciously- over time as the weight became invisible, but the issues kept compounding.

While you're not responsible for creating the issue, you are responsible for clearing it.

Just like if ran into your home with muddy boots and then ran out before you could stop them- you have 3 choices:

  1. sit there and be mad about the mud in your home

  2. refuse to clean the mud because you're adamant on the fact that since it's not your mess you shouldn't have to clean it

  3. clean the mud because you want to live in a clean home

The good news is, when you work with me through hypnotherapy, you don't have to clean it alone (and I'm a professional brain cleaner)

well... mud cleaner in this analogy, but you get the point.

Get the instant relief of knowing the weight is lifting from your shoulders, your healing is being taken care of, and that life is about to get so much easier when you start working with me.
